End of Holiday Holiday...

Now is the time of year when a lot of people need a post-holiday, holiday.
It takes a few days to recover from all the jovial events.

Today I didn't leave the house.
A friend came over, our kids played and we chatted and listened to music.
We made cookies, got a roast in the oven and played poker.

Sort of an anti-exhaustion kind of day.
Just what I needed.
